On May 16th, it was learned from the Hubei Provincial Museum Association that Li Binxin, a volunteer docent at the Yifu Museum of China University of Geosciences (CUG) and a second-year graduate student from the School of Earth Sciences, won the second prize in the volunteer category of the 9th Hubei Provincial Cultural Heritage System's "Telling Jing-Chu Stories" Narration and Promotion Activity.

During the offline finals, Li Binxin delivered a presentation titled "Ancient Messengers of Jing-Chu Land: Dinosaur Eggs." Integrating visual materials and scientific data, she framed her narrative around the theme of "Life’s Contest with Nature," detailing the discovery process, scientific significance, and geological value of the Qinglong Mountain dinosaur egg fossils from Yun County, Hubei, housed in CUG’s Yifu Museum. Her vivid storytelling highlighted the profound cultural heritage and unique natural wonders of the Jing-Chu region.
The competition, organized by the Hubei Provincial Museum Association under the guidance of the Hubei Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, consisted of two stages: a preliminary video round and an on-site final. It attracted professional docents and volunteers from museums and memorial halls across the province. With the dedicated guidance of Tang Xiaoling, a staff member at the Yifu Museum, Li Binxin successfully advanced to the finals. In the professional category, three participants received first prizes, five second prizes, and seven third prizes. Similarly, in the volunteer category, three were awarded first prizes, five second prizes, and seven third prizes.
